Mission: The Legal Service manages in particular the execution of sentences and measures pronounced by the Jura judicial authorities, with the exception of the Juvenile Court, and those delegated by other cantons. It is responsible in particular for the execution of penal sanctions such as custodial sentences, therapeutic measures, internments, community service, and unpaid fines and pecuniary penalties that are replaced by a substitute custodial sentence. In this context, you are mainly responsible for managing the execution files of sentences and measures, in particular monitoring files, managing deadlines, drawing up minutes, telephone inquiries, preparing files for the specialized commission, drafting decisions and various correspondence, accounting checks, and invoicing. Profile: You hold a CFC in commerce or a deemed equivalent qualification. You ideally have professional experience in a similar position. You have a good sense of organization and are able to work independently. You are able to show great discretion and good resistance to conflictual situations. You have an excellent command of written French and knowledge of German. Knowledge of English, as well as accounting, is an asset.
