Here, leadership is combined with an innovative spirit - and you benefit from the necessary freedom to have a real impact. ### Your tasks • Trust-based leadership: You lead and support your team (4 employees) and actively advance the digitization of internal processes. • Innovation & development: You are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new features and processes in the SAP landscape (MM/HCM) and the time management system. • System & process responsibility as well as project management: You maintain, supervise, and continuously develop the SAP MM and HCM modules as well as our time and expense recording system "Time". You are also responsible for authorization management. You lead or accompany important (partial) projects and represent your department in internal and external committees. • Interface competence (SPOC): You are the central point for SAP within the cantonal police and maintain close contact with the SAP CCOE of the financial administration as well as with the internal helpdesk. • Knowledge transfer & support: You are responsible for supporting key users, documenting innovations (Solman, EnableNow, Viflow, Aviso) and conducting training sessions for executives in German and French. Your profile • Solid foundation: A completed higher education degree (FH, university) in business informatics, business economics, or a comparable qualification, combined with extensive experience in IT and expertise in the financial field. • SAP expertise: Several years of extensive experience in using the SAP MM and HCM modules. • Project management & leadership experience: You have already successfully led projects and have experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams. • Way of thinking: Strong analytical skills, networked thinking, solution-oriented as well as a pronounced affinity for technical fields. • Personality & language: You are a motivated and socially competent person who communicates appropriately at all hierarchical levels. Since you also train the French-speaking staff, you speak French fluently.
