Reporting to the Division des Solutions fonctions corporate, the Product Owner Microsoft 365 & Copilot will be responsible for the vision, value and evolution of Microsoft 365 Workplace solutions (Copilot, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive...). A true interface between business units and IT teams, the Product Owner guarantees the alignment of usage with business challenges, while ensuring the sustainable adoption of solutions and Microsoft 365 Copilot GenAI. The missions awaiting you: • Define and carry the vision of Microsoft 365 & Copilot products in coherence with the corporate strategy, sponsors and IT governance • Build and maintain the product roadmap (prioritization, arbitration, business value) and manage the product backlog • Contribute to the governance of solutions and the positioning of these within the Vaudoise ecosystem • Collaborate closely with stakeholders related to the delivery of solutions • Lead the testing / validation phases of new tools / new functionalities • Promote Microsoft 365 & Copilot usages & best practices • Contribute to the corporate strategy for the deployment and adoption of GenAI • Define and lead the KPIs associated with tools / solutions / usages • Support users through the induced changes in collaboration with dedicated teams (support, change manager, business referent, training, ...) Your profile: • Degree from a HES or a University (Bachelor or Master) • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 technologies within the framework of IT missions / projects, or business projects with strong technological and transformation dimensions • Recognized technical-functional expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform, Copilot...) • Good knowledge regarding integration with other tools (Jira, Confluence, ...) • Ability to unite, engage, structure (strong orientation towards value and user experience) • Excellent mastery of agile methodologies, ITIL processes (PSPO, SAFe, POPM certifications) • Sensitivity to change management and particularly to the Prosci (ADKAR) methodology applied in our organization • Perfect mastery of French: oral and written. Mastery of English: minimum B2 level.
