Technical Recruiter 80% (m/w/d)

For our client, a leading Swiss media company in Zürich, we are looking to reinforce a temporary mandate (2 months) with a top-qualified recruiter in the field of Technology & Production. Tasks: • End-to-End Recruiting: You control the entire recruitment process for demanding profiles in media technology, IT, and production. • Active Sourcing: You proactively identify and contact suitable talents on platforms like LinkedIn and Xing. • Stakeholder Management: You advise the line managers in defining requirement profiles and conduct competency-based interviews together with them. • Candidate Experience: You ensure a respectful and efficient selection process and act as an ambassador of the employer brand. • Selection: Pre-selection of applications, obtaining references, and coordinating appointments. Qualifications • You have excellent professional experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical professions (IT, Engineering, or Broadcast/Production). • You are familiar with the Swiss job market and are skilled in handling modern sourcing tools. • Stylish German language skills are mandatory. Good English language skills are a great plus in this technical environment. • You are a winning, resilient personality with a high service orientation and the ability to quickly adapt to new structures. • Independent, structured, and with the necessary "drive" to fill vacancies in a dynamic environment in a timely manner.
