Bring your full potential: Although the position is possible from 50%, we are ideally looking for reinforcement with a workload of 80-100%. What you achieve ## • Independent management of various portfolios of commercial and residential properties (with the support of an assistant) • Oral and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs, and authorities • Functional leadership of caretakers and cleaning staff • Ensuring maintenance as well as participation in renovation and renewal projects • Periodic assessment of the condition of the properties and preparation of condition reports • Preparation and monitoring of budget and multi-year planning • Active participation and support in the integration and takeover of real estate in connection with the merger What you bring ## • Completed basic training as well as further training as a Real Estate Manager with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) • Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial and residential properties • Experience in the leasing of commercial and residential properties • Very good oral and written communication in German as well as English • Garaio REM and Yarowa knowledge is an advantage • Service- and customer-oriented personality with an independent and proactive way of working
