Construction Economist

Reporting to the project management, you will be responsible for the contractual management of projects, from the tender phase to their closure. Your missions #### • Administrative and contractual management of projects • Analysis of tenders and contractual conditions • Consultation and negotiation with subcontractors • Awarding and monitoring of contracts and amendments • Financial monitoring of projects and reporting • Client invoicing and validation of supplier invoices • Management of guarantees and insurance Your profile #### • Higher education in management/construction • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector • Good knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss construction law • Good negotiation and communication skills • Fluent French, good level of English • Proficiency in MS Office #LI-BN1 #LI-Hybrid
