August 2026 or by arrangement Job description For our lovingly managed group «Dachs» with 11 places for children from the age of 3 months until entering kindergarten, we are looking for an engaged female group leader / an engaged male group leader (80%) as of 17. August 2026.   What to expect: You will take over the pedagogical leadership of the group «Dachs» and, together with your team, create a varied, loving and development-promoting everyday life for the children. In doing so, you will implement our pedagogical concept with heart and expertise and guide learners and interns in their training.   What you bring Training as FaBe childcare or toddler educator Vocational trainer course and experience with «time2Learn» desired Enjoyment of independent work Commitment, resilience and team spirit Enthusiasm for working with children and their families   Who we are: KiTa Riedtli is a small, family-like daycare center in Zurich's District 6 - embedded in a beautiful residential area and for almost 40 years a lively meeting place for children, parents and employees. Our experienced team places great importance on giving children space for their own ideas, creativity and independent discovery. In addition to shared rituals and loving care, regular activities such as forest afternoons or gymnastics are also part of our everyday life. The group «Dachs» is located at Stolzestrasse 23, the group «Fuchs» is in the neighboring building at Riedtlistrasse 71.
