Our client is an international industrial company with a production site in the Bern region. The company manufactures high-quality products for demanding and sometimes regulated markets, placing great importance on quality, product safety, and reliable processes. A versatile environment with short decision-making paths and plenty of leeway awaits you. We are currently looking for a quality manager. This position offers you the opportunity to significantly influence quality and hygiene at the site level while professionally and personally developing an experienced team. Your tasks at the new employer: • Overall responsibility for the areas of quality assurance, quality control, and hygiene, as well as management of a team of five employees • Ensure and develop internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and current hygiene requirements • Management of quality indicators, reports, and management reviews as well as monitoring defined measures • Direction of improvement initiatives as well as continuous development of KVP processes, change management, and CAPA • Responsibility for HACCP risk management at the site • Planning, coordination, and support of internal, external, and customer audits • Analysis of non-conformities and complaints as well as implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness of sustainable corrective measures • Support for qualification and validation activities in close collaboration with internal departments You offer your new employer: • Several years of experience in quality management in an industrial production company • Basic technical training with continuous training in quality management; a higher degree is an advantage • Management experience and pleasure in encouraging, motivating, and developing employees • Pronounced quality awareness and high standards for the consistent implementation of defined standards • Experience in the analysis, optimization, and sustainable anchoring of processes • Analytical, structured, and autonomous working method • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written You can also look forward to the following benefits: • Responsible management position with a large margin of maneuver • Attractive training and professional development opportunities • Participation in the success of the company • Full coverage of contributions for non-professional accident insurance and sickness daily allowance insurance • Central workplace and very well accessible by public transport and by car Have we sparked your interest?
