Within this department, the dermatology and venereology service ensures the care of patients suffering from diseases of the skin, mucous membranes, and appendages, including sexually transmitted ones. It also supervises laboratory examinations related to dermatological pathology. This position is newly created and is part of the ALTER deployment which aims to ensure the compliance of work organization with the Labour Act (LTr). Job description ## As an internal medicine doctor, you wish to prepare your postgraduate title and have a strong interest in specializing in dermatology and venereology alongside specialists. Under the supervision of senior physicians, you will manage the female and male patients entrusted to you with rigor and clinical sense. You will develop your analytical abilities by facing sometimes complex clinical situations. Thanks to your sense of organization, you will ensure practical activities, clinical and therapeutic interventions, while ensuring strict compliance with internal rules and procedures, with a constant concern for the quality of the medical services provided. Evolving in a stimulating and demanding university environment, within a multidisciplinary team, you will also contribute to the training of trainee doctors. You will collaborate closely with the entire medical care team and ensure clear, fluid, and respectful communication, both with your colleagues and with female and male patients, by adapting your speech to their needs and understanding. In parallel with your activity, you will benefit from high-quality postgraduate training contributing to obtaining your FMH specialist title. In this capacity, you will evolve your training according to the training plan and FMH requirements. Qualifications ## You hold a federal medical diploma or have training deemed equivalent by the Commission des professions médicales of the Office fédéral de la santé publique (MEBEKO). You have perfect mastery of the French language (C1 level required) and very good written and oral expression skills. Possessing excellent communication skills in a multidisciplinary team and with patients, you are a dynamic, flexible, and committed person. Furthermore, you have demonstrated strong adaptation skills.
