Senior Occupational Pension Administrator 80% \- 100% Our client is a fine structure active in insurance and pension brokerage in Switzerland and internationally. Missions Integration within the Occupational Pension Management department; Autonomous management of a portfolio of pension funds, according to regulatory and legal provisions; Advising and informing clients (insured persons and/or employees) on all aspects related to pension; In charge of all tasks related to the occupational pension of the insured, from their affiliation to their exit (processing of changes, encouragement of home ownership, divorce in occupational pension, buy-ins, etc.); Processing of incapacity for work in coordination with the pension fund's reinsurer and the client's human resources; In charge of annual closing work, notably reconciliations between management and accounting; Collaboration with experts, actuaries, accountants, and legal experts; Training of new employees; Reporting to clients and to Management; Participation in daily office life. Candidate Profile Training in pension and / or insurance; Holder of the specialist certificate in social insurance, or the federal certificate of specialist in pension for personnel or other training deemed equivalent; At least 5 years of experience in the field of occupational pension in Switzerland; Excellent mastery of the French language orally and in writing; Very good mastery of the German language orally and in writing; Mastery of the English language as an asset; Great rigor, interpersonal ease, sense of service, organization and communication, autonomy and team spirit.
