DEFENDING YOUR WORLD We are continuing to expand our team and are looking for committed and reliable employees starting immediately for the area: Order service employee in the migration sector on an hourly basis As an order service employee in an asylum center, you are responsible, together with your team, for maintaining security and order within the facility. Your tasks: In this varied and responsible activity, you will undertake the following tasks, among others: • Patrols in the asylum center • Control of entries • Compliance with house rules and internal regulations • Early recognition of conflicts and dangers • Calm and de-escalating action in case of conflicts and disturbances • Protection of residents, employees, and visitors • Support during special events and emergencies • Cooperation with authorities, police, fire department, and emergency services Do you fit into our team? We are looking for mature and responsible employees with a calm and balanced personality. You have German language skills at least at level B2. You are physically fit and mentally resilient. You remain calm and act in a de-escalating manner even in difficult situations. Punctuality and reliability are particularly important to us. You are willing to work in shift service as well as on weekends and public holidays. There must be no criminal record entries. Professional experience in security services, order service, social sector, or migration environment is an advantage, but not mandatory.
