R&D Technician (M/F) - Dial Prototypes

Introduction ## For our Research & Development division, we are looking for a Technician (M/F) responsible for ensuring the supply of components necessary for the manufacture of dial prototypes, as well as monitoring precious materials and carrying out inventories. *Responsibilities* ## • Management of the entire dial prototype management process, including: • making available all types of components • monitoring and managing precious materials • carrying out inventories • issuing manufacturing orders in the company's various sectors (setting, etc.) • managing, monitoring and delivering component resource orders (ornamental stones, gems, etc.) • managing photo and/or saleable dials (article nomenclature, weight initialization, delivery to automatic stock, etc.) • Ensuring transverse and diplomatic communication with: • site schedulers and planners • R&D managers • Finance partners • all stakeholders contributing to the smooth operation of the workshop *Profile* ## • Technician diploma, Bachelor HES or HEG with a focus on logistics or management • Desired experience in management in the watchmaking field • Mastery of common computer tools (Excel, OneNote, Powerpoint) as well as SAP • Ability to plan and coordinate several activities simultaneously • Analytical and synthesis skills • Mastery of Kheops, an asset • Knowledge of dial manufacturing, an asset • Excellent relational ease and very good communication • Dynamic, sociable and approachable personality • Strong team spirit, combined with a high degree of autonomy • Proactive, positive and open-minded attitude Conclusion ## We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, time flexibility solutions and first-class social benefits.
