Mandate Manager M&A (80–100%) (m/f/d) To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced personality as Mandate Manager M&A / Senior M&A Advisor at the Zurich and Rothrist locations, starting immediately or by arrangement. Convincing entrepreneurs. Developing mandates. Leading transactions. Many can handle M&A processes; few win the trust of entrepreneurs. We are looking for exactly these personalities. We are not looking for pure process executors and no classic salespeople. We are looking for personalities who can convince entrepreneurs, build relationships, and independently develop high-quality mandates from them. Your Task You accompany entrepreneurs through one of the most important decisions of their lives – from the first conversation through mandate development to a successful closing. In doing so, you operate at eye level with entrepreneurs, boards of directors, investors, family offices, and strategic buyers. Your tasks include, in particular: Building and maintaining entrepreneurial relationships Development and acquisition of new mandates Leading company sales and succession processes Valuation and positioning of companies Approaching and negotiating with potential buyers Accompanying Due Diligence, Signing, and Closing Depending on experience and interest, you will also take on additional responsibility in building teams, locations, or strategic initiatives. Who We Are Looking For We are less interested in titles than in personality. You may currently be working: at an M&A boutique in the Corporate Development of a company at a Private Equity investor in a Corporate Finance or Lead Advisory team or in a comparable role with a direct connection to corporate transactions Crucial is that you can accompany entrepreneurs at eye level, think entrepreneurially, and are able to develop your own mandates.
