We develop and manufacture electromechanical connecting elements made of sheet metal, wire and plastic for customers from a wide variety of industries worldwide. To strengthen our Technology & Sales department, we are looking for a committed personality who not only maintains our products but actively develops them further. Product Manager / Technical Support 80-100% Your main tasks Maintain and further develop products throughout their entire life cycle. Technical consulting for customers, sales partners and internal specialist departments. Observe market, competition and technology trends and derive opportunities from them. Analyze customer needs and develop new product ideas together with development and sales. Prepare product strategies and business cases. Coordinate product launches as well as product changes. Accompany technical trials and sampling together with customers and internal departments. Maintain product data sheets, technical documentation as well as master data in the ERP/PIM/Webshop. Support trade fairs, customer events and product training. Continuously analyze and improve processes in product management. Your ideal profile Basic technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician, polymechanic, toolmaker, automation technician, designer or comparable training. Further education HF/FH or experience in product management, technical sales or project management is an advantage. Professional experience in a manufacturing company of the MEM industry. Enjoyment of customer contact and of working together with development, production and sales. Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking. Self-initiative, curiosity and the will to actively develop products further. Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
