Your profile

• Full training in the hotel/restaurant industry or several years' experience in a comparable position in high-end gastronomy
• Experience in the hotel industry or high-end/premium restaurant
• Full professional English required; any other language is an asset
• Excellent technical knowledge and strong service orientation
• Well-groomed appearance and confident attitude
• Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth Room Service operations during daily business
• Wine and food advisory and proper service
• Prepare in-room amenities for arrivals (fruit basket, champagne, wine, pastries, etc.)
• Assist with banquets and events
• Attend to discerning international guest
• Adhere to hygiene regulations
• Ensure compliance with hotel quality standards
