As a true point of reference for the proper functioning of our headquarters, you ensure the reliability of electrical installations, accompany the evolution of workspaces, and contribute to the management of furniture and infrastructure. Between technical interventions, layouts, maintenance, and logistical support, you play a key role in the quality of the working environment for our employees. Your challenges ### Operations Electricity (50%) • Ensure the operation, maintenance, and compliance of the headquarters' electrical installations. • Diagnose and resolve malfunctions to guarantee business continuity. • Perform regulatory inspections and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. • Coordinate and accompany external companies during interventions and work. • Manage technical equipment, DECT phones, as well as the electrical material necessary for operations. Facility Management, layout, and logistical support (50%) • Participate in the layout, transformation, and optimization of workspaces. • Ensure the management, maintenance, and repair of furniture and multimedia equipment. • Carry out internal moves and contribute to the installation of employees. • Manage stocks, tools, and various equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the site. • Ensure the maintenance of service vehicles, bicycles, and associated infrastructure. • Respond to the operational needs of employees and contribute to the quality of their working environment.
