To strengthen our construction specialist department, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious personality with a sales flair, effective immediately. 02 Your task ## • Recruitment and placement of specialist personnel in the construction industry • Responsibility and supervision of temporary employees • Acquisition of new customers • Management of the existing customer base • Customer visits • Organization of job interviews between customers and candidates • Wage and tariff agreements with candidates and customers • Induction of new team members • Support for the team leader • Responsibility for own budget 04 Your profile ## • Professional experience in personnel services • Strong sales flair with a high will to perform and succeed • Organizational talent and good administrative skills • Proficient use of IT applications / industry software • Very good oral and written German skills • Foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish or Portuguese are an advantage • Well-groomed appearance • Ideal age: 22 35 years 05 Things to know ## Herr Robin Sadlo looks forward to your electronic application.
