Hauswart For the two houses of Holiday Park A and B in Champfèr with around 46 apartments, we are looking for a housekeeper (60-70%) as of 1. December 2026. Your tasks: Cleaning and maintenance of the general areas as well as the indoor pool/sauna area Monitoring of the water quality of the swimming pool Cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor areas Regular functional, safety and condition checks of the technical systems of both houses Independent execution of smaller repairs as well as preventive maintenance work Coordination, monitoring, accompaniment and instruction of external service providers in close cooperation with the two house administrations We offer you: Diverse and interesting areas of activity with unconventional challenges Professional working tools and materials Progressive employment conditions Generous 3.5-room housekeeper's apartment at the workplace with parking space in the garage Your profile: Completed technical vocational training, housekeeper training or comparable background with experience in facility management Special permission for the disinfection of bath water in communal baths or willingness to undergo the corresponding training Friendly and courteous demeanor, high service orientation Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working and willingness to cooperate with the house administrations Organizational talent and communicative strength Willingness to adjust working hours to seasonal needs Good IT user skills Good German language skills in word and writing as well as Italian language skills Driver's license category B In addition to the main activity, there is possibly the opportunity to take on additional tasks in the care and maintenance of holiday apartments; these are explicitly outside the regular main and contractual tasks and are paid separately.
