The position offers a versatile area of responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle and is suitable for an independent, experienced personality with a high service orientation. Your area of responsibility ### • Responsibility for personnel administration from entry to exit • Support and collaboration in the entire recruitment process • Preparation and execution of the monthly payroll processing • Advising employees and managers on HR matters • Collaboration in the optimization of HR processes and administrative workflows • Creation of employment contracts, confirmations and other HR documents • Support with general personnel projects and organizational tasks Your profile ### • Further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma (eidg.
