Real Estate Accountant Your missions • Accounting supervision of one or more management groups • Preparation of interim and annual statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for buildings and owners • Management and control of service charge statements • Execution of reversals, transitory entries in balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, debit correction adjustments, in consultation with managers • Support and advice to managers upon the arrival of new mandates, including the entry of the opening balance sheet • Preparation of reporting for owners • Reconciliation of EPS accounts and liaison accounts as well as financial accounting Your profile • CFC as a commercial employee • Additional training as an SVIT real estate accounting specialist, fiduciary, or equivalent professional experience • Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting/finance/closing, preferably in real estate accounting • Knowledge of tenancy law • Experience in preparing balance sheets/profit and loss accounts • Sense of numbers, affinity for a digital working method and openness to change • Knowledge of G-REM and its environment desired • French native language, knowledge of German is an asset • Professionalism, reliability, team spirit and good resistance to stress • Independent, precise, reliable and result-oriented way of working Advantages • Internal offer of specialized courses and management courses in our Livit Academy • Financial support and/or arrangement of working time for external specialized training and access to electronic learning platforms for online language courses • Individual career plan and development prospects • Home- / Mobile Office • Bonus based on company results and personal performance • Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation and the possibility to purchase up to 10 additional days of vacation (Ferienflex) • Pension benefits above average: Daily allowance insurance premiums and accident insurance are fully covered by Livit. • 14 days of paternity leave Contact Giverny Chamoulaud \+41 58 360 32 99 Linkedin Application process The Livit Family We love real estate and are enthusiastically committed to maintaining the value of our clients' buildings.
