School Director The Bambus Privatschule in Wallisellen offers around 40 children with developmental delays in the cognitive, social and/or emotional area an individually adapted environment. The goal is to (re-)integrate the students into the regular class over the course of time. The placements are financed by school authorities. We are looking for immediately or by arrangement School Management 60% - 80% At our place, there is a lot of laughing, discussing and working independently. Your area of responsibility Leadership of teaching and specialist staff Personnel planning in cooperation with the management Quality development and assurance Organization and ensuring of daily school life School placement discussions Internal and external cooperation/communication Your profile Ideally, you are in training for school management or already have experience in a leadership function in a school context. You bring strong communication and organizational skills, work very team-oriented and are motivated to take on responsibility.
