Area of responsibility • Friendly and competent advice for customers • Sale of the entire assortment (food, beverages, baked goods, convenience products) • Active sale of additional offers and promotions • Operation of the cash register as well as correct cash reconciliation • Ensuring flawless product presentation • Inventory management, shelf replenishment, and ordering • Control of deliveries and delivery notes • Execution of price and quality controls • Monitoring of freshness, order, and cleanliness in the sales area • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations • Support in achieving the sales targets of the shop. Requirement profile Technical requirements • Completed vocational training (EFZ) in retail, preferably food • Several years of professional experience in sales or retail is an advantage • Very good German skills in spoken and written form • Experience in handling cash register systems is desired.
