Team Lead IT & Scrum Master in the Financing Business

You will take over the personnel management of 18 employees, who are divided into two DevOps teams: "Wombat" develops integrated software solutions for special financing, "MAINiacs" is responsible for the solutions in the area of settlement & portfolio management. In this dual role, you will lead your team not only professionally and personally, but as Scrum Master(in) of the DevOps team "Wombat", you will also actively drive self-organization forward.
