Construction Safety DRI // Johnson & Johnson As Construction Safety Directly Responsible Individual (Safety DRI), you are the central contact person for all project-specific safety topics throughout the entire project lifecycle: Construction site monitoring: You accompany the active execution on-site, enforce safe working practices according to the J&J safety strategy, and monitor compliance with our safety standards. Project support from A to Z: You accompany our projects from the preparation phase through the active construction phase to the safe handover and the proper project completion. Management of partners & contractors: You monitor the safety performance of external partners, agree on effective corrective measures in the event of deviations, and accompany their implementation. Safety metrics & reporting: You keep an eye on leading and lagging safety metrics in order to recognize potential risks at an early stage and proactively to: You coordinate requirements in a solution-oriented manner between project teams, contractors, site managers, and inte Qualifications: Sound experience in the field of occupational safety, ideally as a Safety Officer (SiBe) or Safety Officer in construction, infrastructure, or an industrial environment. A pronounced, uncompromising safety awareness as well as a deep understanding of construction safety plans and legal as well as operational requirements. You communicate clearly, respectfully, and transparently. You can consistently demand safety requirements even in challenging situations and escalate appropriately if necessary.
