Specialist Consultant Work Inclusion 60 - 70% Profile – Arbeit & Inklusion is a foundation of Pro Infirmis, which promotes the sustainable professional inclusion of people with health impairments or disabilities into the general labor market. The foundation operates throughout Switzerland. To complement our team, we are looking in Düdingen/Bern, by arrangement, for a Specialist Consultant Work Inclusion 60 - 70% What you may expect from the position: You advise, support, and place people with disabilities or health impairments into the general labor market according to the methodology of Supported Employment / Supported Education. To this end, you create potential assessments, skill profiles, and search for individually suitable workplaces or apprenticeships. You actively acquire employers and advise HR managers and line managers before and during the employment or training of our candidates. You coordinate integration with cost bearers, doctors, relatives, etc. You create a sustainable network with the clients and network with the social consultants of Pro Infirmis and other disability specialist centers. What you bring with you: You have a degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or a similar field, or a recognized coaching qualification. Additionally, you bring several years of professional experience in a social or consulting environment, as well as experience with young people during your training/studies. You are a goal-oriented, pragmatic, and resilient personality with a confident manner, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills. You enjoy working independently, carefully, and in a structured manner and bring a healthy dose of humor. You possess high social competence in dealing with people with health impairments in often complex situations. Ideally, you bring specific knowledge about neurodivergences. You are networked in the Canton of Fribourg and have acquired good knowledge of the regional labor market. Actively approaching employers and building customer relationships gives you joy, and you are motivated to expand your network. You are German-speaking and have good knowledge of ösisch.
