Teamleader ICT Finance & HR Applications (w/m/d) 80-100 % Your typical day ## • Leadership responsibility & application support: As a team leader, you and your team take responsibility for the smooth operation and further development of our finance, controlling and HR applications (SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, BLP, Concur, Tagetik, SuccessFactors, Interflex etc. • Project management & application control: Independent management and implementation of ICT projects in the FI/CO and HR environment - from the coordination of internal adjustments to the confident management of external partners, including budget and cost responsibility • Process Consulting & documentation: You provide comprehensive advice to the specialist departments on the application and optimization of processes and ensure clean documentation of all developments and interfaces • Strategic Roadmap & Portfolio: You actively help shape the application roadmap for Finance & HR and manage the balance between daily business, optimization and projects • Head of FI/CO Change Advisory Board: You take over the leadership of the Change Advisory Board and ensure that prioritized adjustments are implemented transparently and on time • Innovation Driver (AI & Automation): You evaluate new technologies, automation possibilities and AI potentials for their concrete business benefit and drive Kistler forward digitally Your profile ## • Project manager know-how & leadership competence: As a communicative team player with project management competence, you support and develop your team members in a target-oriented manner to unfold their full potential • Sound education & leadership experience: You have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling and/or Computer Science as well as leadership experience in a comparable function in an international environment • Expertise in SAP FI/CO & financial processes: Thanks to your sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and your broad understanding of finance and controlling processes, you manage to competently advise internal stakeholders in controlling and support them in a solution-oriented manner • Structured way of working & affinity for the future: Conceptual thinking and a methodical approach characterize you. Experience with other business applications and a high affinity for AI topics bring additional plus points • Language competence & documentation: You skillfully use your business fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing when creating and revising process and customizing documentation in the FI/CO area Apply now!
