In our daycare centers and daily structures, we offer children from three months to school age an environment in which they can spend the day competently cared for and develop with a lot of movement, healthy food, and discovery trips in the forest and nature. We orient ourselves to modern pedagogical concepts: With open daycare work, we support the children on their way to independence by actively involving them in everyday life and letting them participate.   Your future work area: Together with your colleagues, you design a varied daycare everyday life. This should invite the children to explore, experience, and develop. Together, you cook over a campfire, hold races, or build the Tower of Pisa a bit crooked. You take a child-centered attitude. Taking over and shaping areas of responsibility as well as further developing pedagogical topics are motivating aspects for your professional everyday life.
