In this newly created role, you will report directly to the CFO and assume a central function in the financial management of our company. Senior Controlling Manager (m/f) with French language skills, 90-100% Your contribution to our team In this responsible role, you will take charge of central tasks in controlling and actively contribute to the financial management and development of our company. You will analyze business indicators, support planning and the management of budgets, forecasts, and reporting, and provide solid bases for decision-making for both local management and the international headquarters. As an important thought partner for managers and specialized departments, you will identify financial opportunities and risks at an early stage, develop concrete recommendations, and support the implementation of optimization measures. You will work in close collaboration with the sales, logistics, purchasing, and finance departments, and support cross-functional projects through your economic expertise. Thanks to close collaboration with our sites in Romandie, you will regularly operate in a French and English speaking environment. You will present analyses, discuss financial results, and coordinate planning and reporting processes with national interlocutors. Your very good knowledge of French allows you professional communication at all hierarchical levels. In addition, you will continuously advance the development of controlling tools, processes, and reports, thereby contributing significantly to the transparency, efficiency, and sustainable management of the company.
