These are your tasks • Telephone and written member support/advisory services • Providing information on current campaigns of member marketing and fundraising • Processing online inquiries and orders • Recording, maintaining, and updating member and donor master data • Processing incoming payments • Sending acknowledgments and donation confirmations • Verbal and written processing of complaints • Processing quality checklists This characterizes you • Completed basic training and several years of experience in customer service in the service environment or in a contact center • Very good language skills in German and French (native language level) • Enjoy dealing with different customer concerns and the ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations • Quick comprehension and an exact, structured way of working • High degree of self-responsibility and independent, responsible work This is what you can expect You can expect not only attractive employment conditions but also numerous other benefits.
