For a leading family business in the field of Facility Services, we are looking for a strong leadership personality in the Zihlschlacht region (as well as for two nursing homes). Then we are looking for exactly you as: Object Manager\*in Santé (m/w/d) 80-100% • Operational responsibility for support services for customers in the healthcare industry (including budget) • Leadership, promotion and independent recruitment of a team of around 55 employees • Ensuring high service quality and strict hygiene guidelines • Maintaining constant customer contact and being the first point of contact for technical questions • Planning, organization and optimization of all work processes including material management Qualifications • You have completed training and have several years of professional experience in household management, cleaning or facility management (ideally in the healthcare industry/hotel industry) • You convince through proven leadership experience, organizational talent and a pronounced "hands-on" mentality • You are willing to live with the time flexibility of this management function (1st management level, 42.5 hours/week), which includes 24/7 availability and occasional evening visits to your cleaning staff • You have a category B driver's license and your own car • You have very good German and MS Office skills What our client offers you • An attractive salary (depending on qualification and experience) 6 weeks of vacation (5 weeks of vacation plus 1 week of compensation) • In-house pension fund with a fair 50/50 split and above-average interest rates • Optimal social security with 100% salary continuation in the event of accident and illness • Choice between a mileage allowance (70 cents/km) or the use of a pool vehicle • Targeted further development (onboarding programs, specialist courses, eLearnings) Do you feel addressed?
