The company CreaTel GmbH operates three Swisscom Shops in Gossau, Shopping Arena St. Gallen and Altstätten SG as a Swisscom Partner. We are looking for reinforcement for our team. We are looking, starting immediately or by arrangement, for the sale of Swisscom products (Internet, Swisscom TV, telephony, inOne packages, Mobile etc.) a/an Sales Consultant (m/f) for the Swisscom Shop in Gossau, Altstätten SG, Rorschach and Amriswil. Your tasks: • Proactive approach to customers • Ensuring high customer enthusiasm and shop recommendation • Recognizing customer needs, as well as successful sales and competent advice on all products and services • Active cross- and up-selling • Collaboration in shop logistics (goods receipt/inventory) Your profile: • Customer-oriented proactive appearance and communicative personality • Sales experience in the telecommunications or multimedia industry • Technical flair • High degree of independence and reliability • Flexibility We offer a workplace in a young and dynamic team, in a very interesting and exciting environment.
