They play a central role in the Climate Plan of the City of Lausanne. Their service areas extend beyond municipal boundaries. They involve rich, sometimes complex, relationships with many municipalities and several downstream network operators. These municipalities and energy suppliers are our business partners. In this context, we are looking for a head of institutional partnerships, reporting directly to the Secretary General, to ensure the liaison between this very specific clientele and the internal specialists. In this role, you will ensure regular follow-up with political bodies and with administration managers in order to verify, maintain and potentially expand services. You will also work in close collaboration with LaZur Energie, the subsidiary of SIL, to ensure the transition of the SIL gas service area towards renewable thermal solutions. Main mission(s) ### Implement and formalize the institutional partnership strategy Identify the needs of partners and their expectations regarding services in order to adjust the offer proposed by SIL and ensure its profitability Develop and manage the partnership relationship with municipal administrations, energy suppliers and distributors Actively maintain the internal network of relationships in order to ensure follow-up of services provided and to facilitate problem resolution Report on activities and propose developments to a Committee composed of the director and heads of departments Coordinate the operational implementation of new partnerships and guarantee their success Represent SIL within various bodies Profile ### Master's in political science, public administration, electrical engineering, industrial technologies or an equivalent title Additional training in project management, an asset Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BtoB customer relations and in a technical or industrial environment Spirit of initiative, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills Ability to develop a global and strategic vision Autonomy, excellent sense of priorities and perseverance Unifying spirit, sense of cooperation between entities Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, CRM tools, desired Special conditions ### Clean criminal record Workplace ### Place Chauderon 23, Lausanne Salary class ### 11 Start date ### Immediately or to be agreed Information ### M.
