Retail Manager - substitute for the Store Manager (f/m/d) Exciting tasks • Greeting, advice and customer service • Management and handling of payments at the checkout • Reception, control and placement of merchandise • Management of a sector, stock as well as orders • Processing of after-sales service (SAV) • Participation in the organization and proper maintenance of the store • Replacement and support of the store manager. Required profile • Holder of a CFC in retail management • Forklift license, an asset • Strong interest in sales and customer advice • Sense of responsibility and organization • Dynamic, organized, versatile and stress-resistant personality • Ease in human contact and sense of service • Comfortable with IT tools.
