• 01 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Berne Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute to • Lead a small, cohesive HR team, defend HR themes with competence during management meetings, and ensure the smooth operation of HR administration • Effectively implement the personnel policy in force at OFPER, develop the company culture, and work on the development of the organization • Advise and accompany superiors with professionalism throughout the HR life cycle and in change processes • Carry out personnel cost planning and controlling • Lead projects and working groups or actively participate in interdisciplinary projects What makes you unique • University or university of applied sciences degree completed by advanced training in human resources management; several years of experience in a similar function, ideally within the federal administration • Very good knowledge of HR processes; practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, an asset • Excellent advisory and communication skills, ability to accompany superiors as a strategic partner on an equal footing • High stress resistance, synthetic spirit, goal- and result-oriented work method, interest in being part of the change actors • Practical spirit allowing to approach operational tasks with pragmatism • Very good written and spoken knowledge of two official languages and, ideally, passive knowledge of the third In a few words Join us and help shape OFPER! All benefits The personnel, our business The Federal Personnel Office (OFPER) is responsible for the personnel policy of the federal administration. It develops the bases and instruments for effectively managing and developing the personnel of the departments and administrative units. It defines the personnel strategy, develops the personnel law of the Confederation, and manages the human resources of the federal administration.
