During this initial three-year training, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to succeed in your entry into the world of customer communication. Your training location will be located in Fribourg or Bulle. Information-on-the-application-procedure:-Selection-for-this-position is conducted-in-the-form-of-a deferred audio interview. Your training • You will be the first point of contact for all questions asked by our customers, by telephone and in writing. • At the Contact Center Poste, you will advise customers, help them solve their problems and answer their questions with professionalism. • You will work in a versatile and flexible manner on different information and communication channels. • You will discover the different units of la Poste and thus familiarize yourself with the work processes, services and products. • After the integration phase, you will soon be able to provide competent information in another national language What you bring We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated young people who want to make things move.
