For our client, Galexis AG (pharmaceutical industry), we are looking for motivated and efficient employees for the department Freight Forwarding Back Office 100% starting immediately from 29.06.2026, temporary until approx. the end of 2026 Working hours until 01.09: Early shift: Mo + Tu from 09:30 to approx. 19:00 / Wed-Fri from 10:30 to approx. 20:00 Late shift: Mo-Fr: 13:30 until end (depending on workload approx. 22:00/23:00) Working hours from 01.09: Early shift: 07:30 - 16:54 Afternoon shift: 12:30 - 21:54 Late/night shift: 17:30 - 02:30. Area of responsibility: • * Ensuring the timely, qualitatively flawless processing of logistics orders • Ensuring the completeness of the tours • Provision of goods for the drivers' tours and the truck tours • Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the freight forwarding area • Compliance with and implementation of quality standards and GDP regulations • Maintaining the duty of care in the use of and handling of operational resources • Important: During this assignment, you must not have any planned holidays. Qualifications Requirement profile: • * Initial professional experience in the logistics sector is an advantage • Good physical condition • High flexibility, readiness for deployment, and resilience • Good German language skills
