Information Systems Manager M/F As part of this function, based in the industrialization department, you will provide support to the various internal services, be responsible for managing technical data (article sheets, operating sequences, bills of materials…) as well as guaranteeing data consistency between the different systems (CAD, PLM, ERP). Your interest and knowledge in IT will allow you to facilitate the interaction between the business departments and the IT department in the development of system evolutions. Responsibilities: • Guarantee the consistency of master data between the different systems (CAD, PLM, ERP). • Provide support to our internal clients for requests relating to master data, codification and change management. • Support the business regarding information systems in connection with the IT department to guarantee consistency between the evolution of tools and processes. • Propose and participate in the development of system evolutions. • Analyze deviations from standards, system disruptions, the processing of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions. • Write procedures and management rules related to your activity. • Lead projects relating to applications Profile sought: • Education: Bachelor or Master in Industrial Management or logistics or production (or equivalent). • Experience: Bachelor level or equivalent: 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of methods, logistics or quality • Master level or equivalent training: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position • Experience in the watchmaking industry is an asset. Technical skills: • Excellent command of office tools, notably Excel and Power BI. • Mastery of audit techniques and analysis of information processes. • Knowledge of an ERP system (Strategic is an asset). • Good understanding of watchmaking manufacturing processes (an asset). • Proven project management skills. • Experience in creating, updating or optimizing dial manufacturing sequences is appreciated. • Ability to bridge the gap between technical manufacturing requirements and their translation into information systems.
