You will work on various projects, ranging from complex projects to more targeted mandates, with real technical autonomy. · Imagine, design and supervise ambitious and innovative electrical projects for building technology. · Monitor projects related to the development and renovation of MT/BT electrical networks and public lighting. · Ensure technical and financial monitoring of your mandates, with a global and responsible vision. · Coordinate work with companies and ensure the quality of execution. · Advise Clients and Architects to define the most relevant technical solutions. · Ensure technological monitoring to integrate the best practices and innovations in the sector. · Lead, manage and support a small team of project managers and planners, effectively distributing tasks. · Monitor and provide key indicators concerning the team's activities. · Participate in the technical and organizational development of the study office. YOUR PROFILE Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent training. · Basic training completed with postgraduate training in project management. · 5 to 10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary projects. · Experience in electrical design of buildings of the habitat or industrial type as well as in electrical networks. · Mastery of financial management of projects and computer and office tools. · Customer-oriented, relational ease and excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills. · Decision-making and leadership skills. · Mastery of AutoCAD. · Knowledge of Revit: a appreciated asset.
