For our management team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a qualified and committed personality as a real estate property manager (80-100%) real estate property manager (80-100%) As a real estate property manager, you will independently manage a mixed mandate portfolio (approx. 60% STWEG and 40% rental) with all tasks encompassing management: management of rental properties and condominium ownership receipt and processing of tenant and owner reports appointment monitoring and coordination with tenants and owners the management of condominium owner meetings incl. organization the implementation of all resolutions from meetings obtaining repair offers from tradespeople and issuing orders leadership and control of caretakers in the properties viewings with prospective tenants; acceptance and handover of apartments the coordination of renovation work and quality control You bring with you business management understanding good sense of responsibility and high self-responsibility dynamic and flexible way of working service-oriented and customer-oriented personality reliability and good manners humor and composure in hectic moments driving license We value independence, organizational and communication skills as well as team spirit.
