Your tasks ## • You analyze machine and process data to improve yield, process stability, and quality • You support data-driven analysis of process and quality deviations (root cause analyses) • You accompany development projects with statistics, modeling, and scenario analyses • You make data-driven contributions to energy optimization and CO2 reduction • You build application-oriented AI agents, including tools and skills, and develop machine learning models for specific industrial use cases • You present your analyses convincingly and create the basis for data-based decisions in management and departments Your profile ## • You have a PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science) or a Master's degree with approximately 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of Data Science • You convince through your communication: You present complex analyses clearly and effectively, make results accessible to different target groups, and win over management and experts for data-driven solutions • You bring in-depth knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and machine learning • You have very good programming skills in Python and a secure handling of Git, SQL, and databases • You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking • Experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial production environment is an advantage Your benefit ## As open as SCHOTT is to your development, our offer of additional benefits is just as comprehensive.
