Teamleader*in Service (a) 80% in Negishi Pilatusstrasse in Luzern Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept of Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was brought to life in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classics to vegetarian variations – the restaurant inspires a wide range of guests. The establishment centrally located by Luzern station stands out through its unique interior design and invites guests to linger comfortably. The local team also takes care of incoming Take-Away and Delivery orders. Negishi extends over two floors and a boulevard area, providing a total of over 80 seats. To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for, as of 1 September 2026, or by arrangement, a motivated Teamleader\*in Service (a) 80-100% Your versatile activities: • You actively take care of our guests and ensure they have a top time with us 🥳 • As a leader, you hold our service team together and bring everyone on a course for success 🚀 • Quality is not a compromise for you, and you take on responsibility with pride 📖 • Closing procedures, inventories, and Co.? You have an overview and handle it easy 📊 • New colleagues? You introduce them and make them ready for service 🙌 Your talents & experiences: • You love working with guests and making their lives more colorful 🍹 • You have basic gastro training or something comparable in your pocket 🎓 • Professional experience?
