Location: CMS de Montreux Profile • You hold a 120h healthcare auxiliary certificate from the Croix-Rouge, Nursing Assistant, Family Aide (salary and title adaptation depending on the diploma). • Minimum 2 years of experience desired. In home care: an asset. • Great sense of relationship, communication, and negotiation. • Proactivity, reactivity, and solution orientation. • Versatility, flexibility, and adaptability. • You are dynamic, autonomous, and enjoy working in a team. • Comfortable with IT tools. • Driver's license and car indispensable. • For foreign diplomas, a Croix-Rouge recognition is required or being in the process of the procedure.
