Team Leader in Production

What you can make happen. - - As Team Leader in Production, you are responsible for the personnel and technical leadership of 14 employees in the Regional Bahntechnik Center in Dulliken. • Together with your team, you are responsible for testing and maintaining earthing rods, voltage testers and power transformers of the railway power supply system, as well as for the maintenance and repair of operating equipment. • You lead demanding projects (e.g. workshop and process optimizations, automation and digitalization projects), develop processes, document work instructions, further develop Lean/Kaizen and ensure sustainable knowledge retention and transfer within the team. • You are the first point of contact for our partners, coordinate the services and the portfolio of the electrical workshop and motivate and promote the further development of your team according to the leadership principles of SBB. • Together with your peers in the other regions and the partners, you tackle strategic, Switzerland-wide optimization projects in the area of operating equipment and product portfolio.- What you bring with you. - - You are a convincing and integrating personality with high communication skills, assertiveness and a proactive "maker" quality. Good strategic-conceptual skills as well as analytical and creative thinking skills round off your profile. • You bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in the field of production and are experienced in developing and optimizing processes. You can apply your good MS-Office and SAP skills daily. In addition, you have experience in project management. • You have completed vocational training in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or similar and a further education HF or the like. Further education in business administration is desirable. • Very good oral and written German skills, good French skills (level B2) are required for this function.
