• 13 août 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • anglais (Intermédiaire) • Route de Pierre-à-Bot 97, 2000 Neuchâtel The position is part of a team responsible for general ledger accounting and financial analysis for the main company Swiss International as well as for the international business entities in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region. Specific responsibilities: • Analysis, review and reconciliations of expense reports for several entities. • Bank reconciliations for several entities. • Monthly preparation of accruals and other accounting entries for bank, payroll and others. • Month-end closing for assigned entities. • Monthly reconciliation of a set of balance sheet accounts. • Preparation of month-end analyses for the entities or the assigned scope of tasks. • Support to the company and the Finance team in the daily use of the Purchasing/Accounts Payable system. • Participation in the development or update of procedures and processes to improve controls and maximize efficiency. • Support for internal and external audits • Support to managers on various finance-related activities. • Replacement of colleagues as needed. Required education, experience and skills: • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role recommended. Recent graduates welcome (HEG, etc.). • Degree in accounting or commercial degree. • Proactive mindset, practical sense, motivated, team spirit. • Great attention to detail and sense of urgency. • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. • Experience in an American company and a multinational environment preferred. • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, proficiency in other European languages will be a plus. • Comfortable with standard software tools (MS Office, ERP, accounting software, etc.).
