Your area of responsibility • As a customer service technician, you perform maintenance, repair, and renovation work on automatic door and gate systems • You are responsible for autonomous planning of interventions in the Haut-Valais region, preferably in Zermatt • In case of staff shortages, you participate in assembly missions • You will also assume standby services with a high degree of autonomy and stress resistance Your profile • You have completed a manual training (e.g. automation, electricity, mechanics, automotive, agricultural or industrial mechanics), you are passionate about technical aspects and willing to learn new things • You have an interest or experience in the field of service and customer relations • Your place of residence is in the Haut-Valais, ideally in the Mattertal / Zermatt region • You possess a category B driver's license • You have excellent knowledge of German • An autonomous, reliable, and conscientious way of working, as well as a high degree of flexibility and willingness to intervene in different regions, pose no problem for you We offer you a modern industrial company with flexible working models and a partnership culture, a personal company vehicle, continuous professional training, and development opportunities with our Gilgen Academy.
