For an established care institution in Basel, we are looking for a committed nursing professional HF/FH for a deputy leadership role in long-term care. The position combines direct work with residents with professional and personnel responsibility and is suitable for nursing professionals who wish to further develop their leadership skills without losing contact with daily nursing practice. A versatile task awaits you with a lot of creative freedom and a supportive management team. You can contribute your own ideas, actively accompany change processes, and benefit from attractive further training and development opportunities. Night shifts are not planned in this function. Requirement profile ## • Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH, DN II or equivalent training • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • Initial leadership experience • Leadership training is an advantage or willingness to complete corresponding further training • Enjoyment of a leadership function with a continued high proportion of direct care • Solution-oriented, independent, and responsible way of working • Openness to changes and enjoyment in the further development of nursing and work processes • Strong communication skills and empathetic personality • Very good German language skills and confident handling of digital work tools • RAI knowledge is an advantage Tasks ## • Support for the Residential Area Manager with personnel, organizational, and professional tasks • Assumption of leadership responsibility directly in daily nursing practice • Active participation in the nursing and care of the residents • Professional and personal support as well as promotion of employees • Coaching and support of FaGe apprentices and HF students • Participation in the further development of nursing processes and quality standards • Participation in projects and in quality management • Active accompaniment of change and development processes • Promotion of open, appreciative, and trustful cooperation within the team • No night shifts We look forward to your contact. \#carepeople General information ## Location: Basel Region: Basel-Stadt Employment degree: 80% Employment type: Permanent position Start: by arrangement
