Your Field of Activity With us, you don't just work at a screen: You develop, print, test, assemble, and optimize your components yourself. From the CAD model via 3D printing to laboratory tests, you accompany your ideas from the first sketch to the finished product. Together with a motivated, committed, and well-coordinated team, you develop innovative solutions and drive exciting projects forward. For this, a modern Think Tank, high-performance 3D printers, a fully equipped laboratory, a workshop, as well as a current 3D-CAD and PDM system are available to you. This allows you to efficiently implement your ideas into market-ready products. You plan and carry out pre-development projects and evaluate the technical feasibility of new solutions. For new products, you create test plans and work closely with the testing technology. You continuously develop existing products, optimize them, and implement changes according to defined processes. Furthermore, you ensure complete technical documentation, meaningful test results, and compliance with our quality standards. For technical issues, you work closely with internal specialist departments and, if necessary, directly with customers. Your Profile Completed basic technical training as well as a completed degree (BSc or MSc) in mechanical engineering or a comparable field. Professional experience in product development and design, ideally in an industrial environment. Experience in the design of plastic components is an advantage. Sound practical knowledge in using modern 3D-CAD systems and simulation tools. Confident use of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems, such as SAP. Very good German language skills in speaking and writing; English language skills are an advantage. Are you interested?
