L'Association Intercommunale du Cercle de Corsier Enfance et Jeunesse (ASICC) is recruiting two positions for EDUCATOR OF EARLY CHILDHOOD ES OR ASE \\- 60% (CDI) Fixed replacements for at least 4 days per week Your mission: Within the framework of the resources made available, under the supervision of the Pedagogical Management, you participate in the quality reception of children and the smooth functioning of the structure. • Welcome, accompany, organize and manage a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical concept; • Actively participate in the development and implementation of the institutional pedagogy; • Get involved in various group and institutional projects and ensure their follow-up; • Create a partnership of trust with the educational team and families in order to offer a quality reception. Your profile: • CFC of ASE or title of early childhood educator ES, or title deemed equivalent; • Educational experience in a preschool environment with children aged 3 months to 4 years; • Sense of autonomy, responsibility and organizational skills; • Spirit of collaboration and ability to work in a team; • Good interpersonal and communication skills; • Ease of adaptation and flexibility.
