Based in Opfikon, near Zurich, Implenia employs more than 8 000 people (FTE) throughout Europe and achieved a turnover of 3.5 billion Swiss francs in 2025.  For more information, visit implenia.com.  Missions ### • Plan, organize, and coordinate the works of our new construction projects in the canton of Vaud. • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality. • Supervise teams on site and ensure fluid communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.). • Monitor the progress of works and guarantee compliance with current safety standards. • Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the construction sites, including invoicing and budget monitoring. You bring ### • Degree in construction management or training deemed equivalent. • Proven experience in construction management (minimum 5 years) and in the field of construction. • Ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously. • Good experience in TCE (all trades). • Entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit. • Knowledge of current standards and regulations. • Rigor, organization, flexibility.
