To complement our team in Wilderswil, we are looking for October 2026 or by arrangement a Head of Finance \& Human Resources (CFO) 80\-100% (Member of the Executive Board) A pool of over 200 employees, six companies, one brand – The Finance \& Human Resources team ensures the financial overview from the individual activity to the consolidated overall financial statements and simultaneously ensures satisfied employees. Your mission in our team: Responsibility for the Finance \& Human Resources department including team leadership Preparation of quarterly \& annual financial statements as well as periodic reporting Preparation \& controlling of the budget Liquidity planning / financing Intercompany settlements Consolidation of the group Further development of digital processes Support in daily operations Co-shaping and implementation of strategic corporate development Your strengths that will move our company forward: At least Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance \& Accounting as well as several years of professional experience High IT affinity with interest in digitalization \& automation Very good Excel skills, Abacus experience is an advantage Quick comprehension, independent as well as structured way of working Open, communicative, and empathetic personality The times of dusty accounting are over, we rely on digital and efficient processes.
